DESCRIPTION
This was a contest offered to RIT students to get the chance to have our designs built in the real world. The project involved a newly-purchased residential house close to RIT that needed its basement to be remodeled by Interior Design students. The intended purpose of the basement is to house two additional college students. The basement needed to be easy maintenance and made using durable materials. The goal was to create an industrial style, cost-effective residential space for students to live and work in comfortably. My project was selected as the first place winner and is in the process of finalizing to be built.
